CD OF THE WEEK ON BBC RADIO 3
Hot on the heels of Classic FM, the UK's BBC Radio 3 has chosen Leif Ove Andsnes' recording of Beethoven as CD of the Week on its flgaship show "CD Review". "Andsnes succeeds in reminding us what extraordinary works these are" commented presenter Andrew MacGregor "and from the first chords of the 1st Concerto you can tell that there is going to be nothing routine about these performances."
